Slitting Line
Product introduction
Metal Slitting Line are designed to handle heavier materials. They
are also capable of a variety of edge trim scrap systems that
include scrap winding, scrap balling, and scrap chopper
systems.Metal Slitting Line consists of Decoiler with coil car,
guiding & pinch device, medium gauge slitters, dual head/quick
tooling change for the auto slitting machine is available, scrap
winder, side-guiding device, looping, tension device, recoiler.
Different materials could be suitable to be processed in the line,
such as pre painted steel coil, cold rolled steel coil, hot rolled
carbon steel coil, stainless steel coil, copper, brass, aluminum
and titanium. These narrow coils/rolls are widely used in Steel
Pipe Factory, Steel Structure Factory, Storage System Manufacturing
Factory, combined with Roll Forming Machine, Power Punch Machine,
Pipe Mills.
Advantages & Characteristics:
1. Weight of middle thick steel coils usually with weight up to
about 30Tons, in this case, double mandrel uncoiler is necessary to
load so heavy coils. Double mandrel decoiler can be made to three
steps respectively for three kinds of international standard inner
diameter coils Φ508mm, Φ610mm, Φ760mm. At the same time, Double
mandrel decoiler can made to be double cones without steps that can
support and decoil a wide range of different ID coils from
Φ480-800mm for the special steel slitting machine.
