YBT Automatic Stainless Steel Coil Slitting lines consist of an
uncoiler for holding the wide coil, one or more slitters, and a
coiler for simultaneous recoiling of all the slit strips.Slitting
is the operation of cutting a wide strip into a lots of narrow
strips by passing the strip between circular cutters or blades.

Detail of of slitting line:
A .Coil loading car :loading coil into decoiler's arm .moving in rails, lift up and
down power from cylinder
B . hydraulic decoiler :Hold coil and open it ,feeding to next step one .Spindle is made
of 40 cr solid round steel by rough turning, conditioning, car etc
C . Pinch roller :pinch sheet to loop bridge, drived from motor power
D .Loop bridge and Side guider and Slitter: 1.Keep enough Coil in pit loop so the line can work well ,and
make each part's speed in little difference.2. guide sheet going
with right way to the slitter, hand adjust the width by wheel
3.slit the coil into strips according to knife and spacer setting
E .Scrap winder: Check the details below
loop bridge two : Make sure slitting strips to keep line working in
good condition, also help Slitter coodinate with recoiler in
synchronous working, it set sensor inside to adjust these two parts
working with same speed
tension Unit: has disc type separate shaft, pad tension and
reversing roller.
F. hydraulic recoiler: recoiling each strips to many coils, it consist of separate disc
shaft, recoiler and push out device, recoiler mandrel expansive and
contractive by hydraulic power through wedge
Coil unloading car: removing the finished coils out, level working
in rail, lift power from cylinder, V type saddle
Description Part E And Pictures :Scrap winder: winding the wasting edge of coil together, it has two options, one
is both side winder, another is baller type one side winding.
Tension Unit:
Disc type separate shaft used to separate each strips in its
direction going, not mixed in a shit
Pad tension have two steel pad to press each strips in average
pressure to keep tight between tension and recoiler
Reversing roller are used to give required tension direction for
recoiler
Cutting tooler material :made by high quality mold steel Cr12 with heat treatment
Applicable Materials: stainless steel,Tinplate, silicon steel, aluminum, copper, and
galvanized steel, etc.
Application:suitable for the longitudinal shearing of the metal coils and
rewinding coils.
